Dance & Fitness Instruction

Eric provides dance instruction in a variety of dance styles, both solo and partnered. In addition, Eric offers fitness training that supports a health-conscious lifestyle and concentrates on increasing mobility, flexibility, and quality of movement.

 

Eric specializes in working with dancers of all ages, from beginner to professional level, to increase strength, improve technique, and optimize performance presence while avoiding injury.

Group classes and private dance instruction include:

  • Country Dance (UCWDC)

Fitness training services include:

  • Strength training

  • Toning & shaping

Dance classes and fitness training are offered both in person and virtually.
